Chris Horan is a barrister at the Victorian Bar. Before coming to the bar in 2000, he worked in the Office of General Counsel at the Australian Government Solicitor, and as Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General. He practices primarily in the area of administrative law, including immigration.
Steven Whybrow is a Barrister at the ACT Bar. Before coming to the Bar in 2002 he worked as a Crown Prosecutor in the ACT DPP for 12 years. He practices primarily in the areas of criminal law, inquests and inquiries, administrative law and civil litigation.
